WASHINGTON - American Forest & Paper Association President and CEO Donna Harman issued the following statement about the U.S. Supreme Court staying the president's Clean Power Plan (CPP).
"We’re pleased that the Supreme Court stayed the CPP. This will ensure that consumers, such as paper and wood products manufacturers, are spared the enormous costs and scope of electricity and energy sector restructuring until the legal issues are resolved.”
