Paper Meets LIVE! 2024 Hotel Information
Paper Meets LIVE! 2024 will take place at the Opal Sands Resort, Clearwater Beach, FL.
The resort has a contemporary beachfront setting with Gulf views offering opportunities for indoor and outdoor meetings and networking.
Reserve a Room
Individual sleeping rooms are available at the Opal Sands Resort starting at $344 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Use the reservation link in your registration confirmation email to book at the group rate. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, August 23, 2024.
Hospitality Suites and Meeting Rooms
Hospitality suites and meeting rooms for customer/supplier meetings are available exclusively to AF&PA and NPTA member companies.
All suites include:
- A stunning Gulf view
- A kitchenette
- Central meeting area with A/V and separate seating space
- Balcony overlooking the Gulf

Reserving a Hospitality Suite or Meeting Room
Please complete these steps to reserve your suite or meeting room:
- Download the Suites/Meeting Rooms Prospectus.
- Review your options and identify your top 2 choices.
- Contact Nicole Boland, Sales Manager at nboland@gonpta.com or 312–673–5828.
- Nicole will send you a link, which is active for 10 calendar days, to complete your booking and pay your suite registration fee ($4,125).
Note: Your preferred suite accommodation or meeting room cannot be held or confirmed until payment is received.
- Nicole will confirm your purchase and connect you with the Suite Fulfillment Manager.
All suite/meeting room selections are honored based on a first-come, first-serve process and based on available inventory at the time of booking.
During the suite confirmation/fulfillment step, suite/meeting room hosts are given the option to book one additional regular guestroom in addition to their suite/meeting room. The one additional regular guestroom must be booked by July 19. Rooms will not be held for suite/meeting room hosts beyond that date.
