Paper Meets LIVE! 2026 will take place at the Opal Sands Resort, Clearwater Beach, FL. 

The resort has a contemporary beachfront setting with Gulf views offering opportunities for indoor and outdoor meetings and networking. 

Reserve a Room  

Individual sleeping rooms are available at the Opal Sands Resort starting at $359 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Use the reservation link in your registration confirmation email to book at the group rate. Reservations must be made no later than Monday, April 20, 2026.

Suites and Meeting Rooms 

Suites and meeting rooms for customer/supplier meetings are available exclusively to AF&PA and NPTA member companies. 

All suites include: 

• A stunning Gulf view 
• A kitchenette 
• Central meeting area with A/V and separate seating space 
• Balcony overlooking the Gulf

Please complete these steps to reserve your suite or meeting room:

1. Download the Suite/Meeting Room Prospectus.
    
2. Review your options and identify your top 2 choices.
    
3. Contact Nicole Boland, Sales Manager at nboland@gonpta.com or 312–673–5828.
    
4. Nicole will send you a link, which is active for 10 calendar days, to complete your booking and pay your suite/meeting room registration fee ($4,195). Note: Your preferred suite accommodation or meeting room cannot be held or confirmed until payment is received.
5. Nicole will confirm your purchase and connect you with the Suite/Meeting Room Fulfillment Manager.

All suite/meeting room selections are honored based on a first-come, first-serve process and based on available inventory at the time of booking.
