The Paper Meets LIVE! 2024 Luncheon is the most well-attended event at the conference. Highlight your brand as the audience participates in addressing key industry issues and celebrates the achievements of the NPTA Stanley O. Styles Industry Excellence Award winner.
Luncheon sponsorship benefits include:

Be the first company to greet conference attendees by sponsoring a beachfront industry-wide reception. This is an opportunity to host a key networking event where attendees will mingle in a relaxed atmosphere.
Welcome Reception sponsorship benefits include:
- Recognition as a Sponsor on the event website and all event marketing materials (logo placements) including the on-site program
- Two complimentary event registrations
- Logo on Welcome Reception signage
- Option for a corporate tabletop display during the reception
- Sponsor may provide cups and napkins with their company name and/or logo for use during the reception (requires prior approval of event management)
Make sure that your company logo is the first that attendees see when they arrive at the event by featuring your corporate logo on the official room key card and holder at the hotel.
Cards will be used in the Paper Meets LIVE! 2024 headquarters hotel, Opal Sands Hotel. Key Card sponsor will receive recognition on the event website.
Sponsorship allows you to showcase your company’s logo in the welcome letter included in the registration folder. It also allows you to provide a customized Wi-Fi access password for all Paper Meets LIVE! 2024 event attendees. The sponsor will receive recognition on the event website.

Sponsor will receive recognition on the event website, logo and signage during the workshop, as well as the opportunity to provide introductory remarks.
Be the first company brand to touch conference participants by sponsoring the event registration folder.
Sponsorship allows you to include your company’s logo/ad on the inside left pocket of the event registration folder along with a full page 4-color ad on the back outside cover of the folder. The sponsor will receive recognition on the event website.
